A message from our CES
On behalf of all of us here at Widgetdyne, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to view our website, and for your interest in our products. As of this writing, in 2008, we can reflect on a phenominal year in technological development,with a significant entry into the market, stellar sales figures, and the acquisition of several large contracts in both the federal and commercial markets. 2007 proved to be the first of what we hope to be many watershed years - having shipped over 200,000 units from the spectrum of our product offerings. Likewise, we have secured several very large contracts with the US, Australian, and Chilean governments, and several deployments aboard spacecraft from various nations.
Our product roster remains somewhat slim. Rest assured we are diligently working, day and night, to determine what products the world needs, and how we can bring them to you simply, elegantly, and cost-effectively. In the meantime, the fact that you have invested your own time and effort in viewing our site and catalog is something that none of us here takes for granted.
You may notice something new, as well - we have begun naming our products after children of our staff, whenever possible. Because we at Widgetdyne are a family, we felt it only proper to do so.
As you peruse our website, you will hopefully gain some insight as to how we here at Widgetdyne view the world we live in. Each day is a blessing, and each of us were granted unique gifts – gifts that we would rather use for the betterment of the planet, than in the typical malicious paradigm of Corporate Greed. We are lucky to have very strong independent (and private) financial backing, such that we were able to construct a campus, and band together as a Family to use our talents not necessarily out of a thirst for monetary wealth, but rather for the individual satisfaction that comes from working, creating, and exploring the world we live in to its’ utmost degree. It's a great time to be alive... even better now that the Bush Administration draws near it's inevitable - but too long delayed - end.
